BRITISH COLUMBIA’S PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION VOTE COUNTING MACHINE OWNERS LINKED TO CIA
Global News reported in November that the referendum to change the electoral system in British Columbia was a neck and neck tied race. Yet, the final count showed that proportional representation lost by well over 300,000 votes. This discrepancy is huge from what was projected.
Did voters deliberately trick the pollsters? Did the pollsters simply get their numbers wrong? Maybe the tabulating company that got the contract to count the votes made an error. Maybe the contracting company deliberately falsified the results for unseen geopolitical reasons. Let’s look at a few of the circumstances surrounding the referendum.
Firstly, there is no verification trail for voters to see if their vote was properly recorded and properly counted. Elections BC decided to “partner” with a Toronto-based company named Dominion Voting Canada.
NEW OWNERS
Dominion is also headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with the name Dominion Voting Systems. It was one of three large companies responsible for counting 90% of the votes in the 2018 U.S midterm election. Dominion is part of a new generation of companies that grew up in the 1990s selling electronic voting hardware including voting machines and tabulators. All of them are privately-held equity firms with secret finances. Their machines and conduct are proprietary, not open for public discussion, yet their profits are public, coming from taxpayers. We give them money but are kept partly in the dark. Wearing blinders does not engender faith and confidence in private tabulation results.
Dominion signed the BC referendum tabulation contract in August of 2018. But just prior to that on July 16, Dominion was bought out by management and New York City-based Staple Street Capital, automatically allowing Staple Street’s principals to influence BC’s PR referendum. Their affiliations are worth consideration.
DOMINION VOTING and the CARLYLE GROUP
Staple Street Capital’s two co-founders and a current top executive have deep roots in the Carlyle Group. Carlyle is considered an extension of the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency and Pentagon (The Economist, June 26, 2003). It is among the largest armament companies in the world, and it’s deeply involved with the U.S. Military Industrial Complex war crimes around the world. For instance, Carlyle profited by helping to destroy Iraq in 2003 on trumped up charges of possessing weapons of mass destruction, then given a billion dollar contract to rebuild what it had helped to destroy, all at taxpayers’ expense – a form of war booty.
WAR IS A RACKET wrote Major Marine General Smedley Butler. Warmongers, unburdened by scruples, are open for business anywhere at any time. As an example that staggers the imagination, Carlyle arranged for and hosted a business meeting between the Osama bin Laden family and the Bush family on the day before and the day of 9/11. While President Bush was listening to children’s stories in a Florida elementary school as 9/11 was unfolding, his father, George H.W. Bush, was having breakfast with Osama bin Laden’s brother Shafiq (a fellow investor in Carlyle) at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New York. In a healthy country both families would have been arrested and put through a vigorous investigation. Instead, the White House arranged for the bin Laden family (13 members) to fly out of the country on a chartered jet, while all Americans were grounded in order to keep the terrorists from escaping.
This is important to British Columbians because we, as a whole, tend to think we are innocent, free and immune to having our elections hacked or influenced by foreign meddlers. We don’t have a free pass. Canada is in the cross-hairs no less than any other country. Don’t forget the New World Order, the U.S. unipolar world where the NATO-Pentagon-CIA trilogy boasts of having Special Forces all over the world. The U.S. alone has troops in 177 countries, evidence that their program of full spectrum dominance is nearing completion – a truly unipolar totalitarian global empire.
To be clear, these full spectrum insurgencies are illegal. The United Nations classifies them wars of aggression, the most heinous human behaviour, following the lead of the Nuremberg prosecutions after WWII.
De-escalating from U.S. global power projection down to the soft coups of rigging elections in general to BC’s referendum, we certainly don’t want wolves in our electoral hen house. Hand counting the PR vote is a good way to make sure this didn’t happen. If you agree, then contact your MLA and insist on a hand count.
Public hand counting is the traditional way of making sure elections are run fairly, opposite to the new voting machine industry, which is private, secretly operated, and NOT subject to any federal legislation, exactly what’s needed for hegemons to hijack elections. They profit from our tax dollar and our blind faith.
We need remember that pre-civilization was law of the jungle, winner take all. First past the post (FPTP) is a form of winner take all, hegemons working together to lord over the masses, a voting system that helps them keep power they don’t want disturbed.
In contrast, proportional representation (PR) opens the door to civilization by giving the masses human status, raising them up from being chattel and subjects of empire to equality in value and voice. In the referendum, voters were choosing between continuing the ancient empire of hoarding power (FPTP) and an equal voice in political decision-making (PR) – servitude versus equality.
DOMINION’S DEEPER CONNECTION TO ELECTION-MEDDLING GLOBALLY
In case you think Staple Street and Carlyle can be explained away as a one-off affair, then consider a move made by Dominion back in 2010. Dominion bought Premier Election Solutions, Inc., another large voting machine manufacturer. Its name was a face-saving dodge to escape its predecessor name Diebold Inc. Diebold was hoping to unload a falling stock price and a collapsed reputation. It was up to its neck in vote-rigging charges going back to the 2000 Presidential election. In a 2003 letter, CEO Walden O’Dell openly committed himself to delivering Ohio’s electoral votes to George W. Bush in 2004, and he did.
By 2006, Diebold was under formal investigation by the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission. In addition, a Security Fraud Class Action lawsuit charged Diebold with fraud, insider trading, stock price manipulation and concealing voting machine flaws.
But the Diebold intrigues go much wider and deeper. Researchers Bob Fitrakis and Harvey Wasserman found Diebold executives linked to CIA coups in 3rd world countries. Election meddling is a standard mechanism of CIA operations globally they call “soft coups.”
The CIA and Pentagon exercise a policy they call escalation dominance. To gain control of a country, they start with acts that are less violent then ratchet up pressure until they gain control. Election rigging, bribing politicians and using media witch hunts to drive a leader from office are soft coups because no one gets killed or only a few die, as opposed to a full on military invasion.

Isn’t it strange that our little PR referendum in BC is linked to the CIA, NSA and one of the world’s biggest arms dealers via The Carlyle Group and Staple Street Capital? These two companies are connected to Dominion Voting Systems which provided the machines that did the count for our referendum.
The upcoming final report will likely be lauded by the main stream media, being the voice for FPTP advocates. Elections BC and Dominion will cheer their joint work as a great effort in democracy. What will be missing is the one thing that counts most – a traceable vote.
TRACEABLE VOTING MACHINE KILLED IN THE CRIB
If you think electronic tabulators are the way of the future, then the story of Athan Gibbs might interest you. Gibbs was horrified by the 2000 election rigging that put George W. Bush in the White House, while the final vote count made Al Gore President.
Sleepless, Gibbs decided he needed to do something about it. As a financial analyst with the Tennessee Public Service Commission and a career as a corporate tax auditor, Gibbs enlisted ATM software designer Carl Woods, and together they invented a voting machine with non-proprietary hardware.
The machine pushed out a simple receipt that voters could use to verify their votes while maintaining anonymity. With a paper receipt, a number of audit features could be performed. Gibbs called his machine and company TruVote. Once completed, Gibbs took every opportunity to demonstrate his machines transparency.
TruVote became so popular that it was endorsed by the World Conference of Mayors and Microsoft. Over half of the U.S. House of Representatives co-sponsored a bill in support of TruVote called the Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act of 2003 (H.R.2239). The co-sponsors wanted TruVote to be put in place in time for the 2004 Presidential election.
Instead of passing, two hegemon House Republicans, Tom DeLay and Denny Hastert, blocked the bill from ever coming to a vote. In the following 2004 election, Diebold along with other proprietary companies corrupted the vote count again.
As fallout, Athan Gibbs was summoned to speak before Congress. Before he could get there, Gibbs was mysteriously killed. Authorities rushed to rule it an accidental death. No investigation followed.
Keep in mind that it is not unusual for high profile people who have the power to change the world or people like Karen Silkwood who had important information about a high government-involved crime often meet an “accidental” death. People of power are able to influence coroner reports. Let’s recall one example.
Some 150 eye witnesses to the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy met strange deaths. Dozens of them were determined “accidental deaths.” In his book, CROSSFIRE, Jim Marrs listed these deaths, then asked a statistician what would be the likelihood of this happening by chance. The reply was something like one in 13 trillion. In other words, many of them were likely murdered by the people trying to cover up the Kennedy assassination.
Like Athan Gibbs, these deaths were not investigated either. Gibbs was about to change the world, about to breathe life into democracy, where everybody’s vote would be counted and verified. As the only manufactured transparent voting machine, Truvote died with its inventor Athan Gibbs.
